Are there any additional fees or subscriptions required?

Digifeel products are a one-time purchase, and there are no additional fees or subscriptions required. Once you have the stand or card, you can use it indefinitely to collect reviews without any recurring costs.

Can I order several products for different places?

Yes of course!

You can configure them independently when you receive them! 😉

The products are configured at reception, with our application, all you have to do is scan the QR code and find your Google business card or other link in the search bar, it’s very simple! So you can use the same link or put another one!

And if there’s a mistake, everything can be changed remotely, so there’s no need to worry.

Do my customers need a Google account to write a review?

Yes, to leave a comment, you must be logged in to a Google account for security and reliability reasons.

Most people have a Google account via Gmail or YouTube.

With our products, you configure them on receipt, with your links through our application.

This will allow you to modify them if necessary, put different links / businesses, but also to track the number of hits on your products.
